A villa with ants crawling all over the bed? How thrilling! And don't even get me started on the bathroom visits from lizards and frogs. But hey, the hosts were amazing and the breakfast was good. Totally worth it.

One thing I really liked about the hotel was the beautiful traditional Balinese decor. The intricate carvings, vibrant colors, and tranquil ambiance made me feel like I was truly immersed in the rich culture of Bali. The general areas of the hotel, such as the gardens and pool, were meticulously maintained and provided a peaceful escape. As a senior woman, I appreciated the hotel's accessibility. The staff were always there to assist me with any mobility needs and made sure I felt safe and comfortable throughout my stay.
It would have been even better if there were more handrails and grab bars around the property to ensure the safety of senior guests. It's important for us to have proper support when navigating around unfamiliar places.

Oh, and the WiFi was just amazing - practically non-existent. Who needs to stay connected anyway?

I chose Jero Sebali Villa specifically because of its proximity to the Kuluk Gallery. The fact that no pets and no service animals are allowed at this property pleasantly surprised me. the breakfast provided complimentary wireless Internet access, allowing me to stay connected while enjoying my meal.
Separate rooms made my children uncomfortable and unsafe, and we regularly had to deal with ants in our bed. The outdoor bathrooms attracted insects and creatures, which made my wife feel uneasy during showers and prevented us from dining outside the room.

The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with a beautiful stone bathroom that added a touch of luxury. The pool and the surrounding area were also impressive, giving a sense of tranquility and a perfect place to relax. the owners went above and beyond to ensure their guests had a pleasant stay, offering a complimentary shuttle service to and from the city center, making it convenient to explore.
The location, as it was a bit far from the main attractions and city center. This meant that we had to rely on the shuttle service or arrange transportation to get around, which could be a bit inconvenient at times.
